First time Internet Banking users will need to log on to Internet Banking at least once before using the app. When first registering for the Mobile Banking App, you will be asked to provide your usual Internet Banking login details. But there is no way to pull down and refresh account? And that was my sisters fault! They have fantastic staff, always willing to explain things when I feel out of my comfort zone and I have very little finances but they still treat me with kindness and respect. If anyone out there needing to get back to old fashioned customer service then change over to IMB. AND I GET TO TALK TO PROPER English speaking humans and none of this hanging on the line to force you to hang up. They answer their phones, they listen, they hear and they help, always. Something very special in this day and age. And if you mention my name, well I am not certain if that would help or hinder but you never know, at least I may get a thank you!
