Unable to add my vehicle , scrolling doesn’t work , so Mitsubishi option is not coming. Not a worth full app, seems useless.

My full day was wast i was waiting for the replacement car but no one showed up even i did multiple calls. Only update I received some will call you in next 10 minutes.
suggestion: please don’t give commitment if can not be full filled.

I called them at 11:22AM to get an urgent assistance as my car didn’t turn on and I’m with my family and a baby of 8 months. After calling them many times, they called me at 3:23PM telling me that they are sending someone. It took them 4 hours to answer my urgent request!!! It was unbelievably unprofessional!! Don’t take this service.
