Maintenance Care CMMS Facility Management Software. Manage work orders, preventive maintenance and all of the assets in your facility using the iMCare App. Must have a Maintenance Care membership to access your app. The iMCare App allows your maintenance team to utilize mobile devices so as to not be tied down to a desktop computer everyday. The app allows a user to manage tasks, calculate time spent on a project, receive notifications for preventive maintenance and lookup asset information from their mobile device of choice. Work orders are not populating task list tab. ### 2/5 — New update *2026-02-13, version 5.4.0* The new update is terrible I have to close a ticket 4 times before it actually closes and all the options are different now and setting the time you should have left it the way it was ### 3/5 — Work order assigned issue *2026-02-13* Can’t assign work order to individuals. And all previous work order assigned has been cleared and can’t be reassigned. Please take a look. ### 2/5 — Doesn’t work right *2025-03-12, version 1.3.22* When I try and close a task, it won’t let me. It tells me “Validate: please enter a type for this task.” The “type” field cannot be tapped. It can’t be edited or changed, so when people make work orders at my company I cannot use the app to close the task. I have to login on a computer and use the web browser, because only on the web browser is the Type* field editable. What’s the point of the app if I can’t edit fields on mobile?
