I’ve called support several times, only to be told I have to use the chat instead. Fine. But then, after sending them a full video showing exactly what’s wrong, the chat person still didn’t get it. Instead of focusing on the actual problem, they kept going on about the fact that I signed up with an international number. That has nothing to do with the issue I showed them. I explained everything clearly, even demonstrated it, but it felt like they weren’t interested in fixing it. This is hands-down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
