I understand tipping when I get service but I don’t understand paying to make my own order. Mind you I had a dietary question about a menu item but no one answered the phone when I called numerous times. The 5th time I called it simply rang once then hung up. When we got there at the pick up time given in the confirmation email they were not even aware of our order. They are now closed and we are waiting for food that was paid for over an hour ago. My husband had to leave for work and couldn’t wait so we had to send my son to pick the food up. We spent $91 on a whim that turned into a whole fiasco. I’m still stuck on what my $8 went towards. It certainly wasn’t convenience nor good service. I have tried logging out and reinstalling but it keeps happening for some weird reason because of which no order can be placed anymore. Their coupons are also valid only for in app hence using the web app as an alternative doesn’t work either. **Developer response:** Hey there, we are sorry to hear about your concern regarding the iMenu4u App crashing.
