Any system including hand written slips would be better than this app. Everything in it is very clunky. Not to mention it is trying to integrate with 10 other systems that other companies use. The company I work for is great and MASSIVE. They have plenty of money to spend to fix or find a new platform to make this system better but they refuse. If you can’t log in or it’s loading forever the help desks only fix is delete the app, re-install it and try again. I do that upwards of 5-8 times a day. Someone should buy the rights to the app and get rid of it. Terrible app. ### 1/5 — ERROR - Setup -ERROR *2023-07-24, version 4.9.12* To set up the app you need to select English from the drop down but it is not available. This means you cannot complete the start up of the app. Previous comment stated the same from 3 years ago. Works when it wants to and most of the time it doesn’t. That’s on the app also does not like loading or syncing or allowing you to complete work orders. With time in in time out a.k.a. completing them live. Does Bob know this disaster? ### 1/5 — Really bad *2022-08-05, version 4.9.6* Might be one of the worst produced garbage apps in existence ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2022-05-04* I am force to use this nonfunctioning app daily. It is 99% of my work stress. Never works. Kicks me out repeatedly. Never accepts the step answers. I have to go back several times to re enter step questions. It constantly buggs out. The fact that this is the best a multi billion dollar company can find to for its employees to use, makes me want to question the company’s appreciation to their employees. ### 1/5 — You should be ashamed *2022-01-26* Has potential but like so many other things has been left un-modified for the people actually inputting the Data. This is nothing but a headache and could be so much better. If only I could give it zero stars. ### 1/5 — Worst WO System EVER! *2021-09-07* I’ve only been doing this work for 20+ years so I’m not sure if I’m qualified to say this but dealing with this app is the most annoying part of my job. Biggest time waster I encounter every day. IF it allows log in, it acts like dial up to go between pages and won’t keep any preset preferences so you have to scroll through all the extra garbage to get to the only information you need. I agree with all of the others who are surprised that such a large and normally impressive company would use this junk. .25 stars at best. ### 1/5 — Barely functions *2021-08-16* The app barely functions and gets worse every time they update it. When you complete a work order it seems like there is like a 33% chance that you get randomly logged out, a 33% chance that it completes correctly, and a 33% chance that it does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I really wish my workplace would get any other app for work order management. ### 1/5 — Junk *2021-08-13, version 4.9.2* I pity any poor worker that has to use this pile of crap. I’m kicked out 5 times a day. We were told we were supposed to enter all information between each work order. I’m unable to stay logged in I have to sign with email and password at least 3 times each time I’m logged out also I can’t adjust start time if I so happen to overlap old work order. Also I can’t view my recently closed work orders from the app ### 1/5 — Calendar *2025-05-01* This app needs major work in order for your employees to be able to streamline closing out work orders. You need to start with fixing how the calendar works in regards to accessing the time card. For example, today in May 1st, 2025. It’s a Thursday, but when you go to the time card feature, you can’t access this current week because it started with the last few days of April. Now, normally we would just go to the previous month on the calendar, but since the new month began in the middle of the week, you can’t do that. For some reason April is not there, but March is. It has been like this ever since we transitioned to CBRE. Please fix this! ### 1/5 — App *2025-04-29* Hands down the absolute worst experience you’ll have with any app out there. No reason a billion dollar company won’t invest in the tech they require you to use. ### 1/5 — Trash *2024-11-12* This work order system is garbage and should be avoided. Shows you have 3 orders but only one will display. Everything about it is clunky and cumbersome. Using it makes me want to pull my hair out. Our company used previous work order management tools that were much simpler and responsive. It would be much better to have this running from a web browser instead of forced app download, which provides no advantage for this type of app. ### 1/5 — Log me out *2024-05-22* The app logs me out every 2 days. I have to type my email 3 times with not copy-paste option. Don’t come to this app thinking it will make life better but just know that it will allow you to see a work order and you can open or close one. ### 5/5 — Does what it needs to do *2023-04-14* This is a fine tool. It isn’t shiny or bright it isn’t fancy and filled with toys. It can open and close work orders. Hopefully in the future it will grow and be more useful.
