As a company we have flown over 10,000 scans and found the software to be extremely dependable and has cut our Roof time from 44 minutes ( average) to 7 minutes. The measurements are 100% accurate and we get every roof plane of the home. For Solar site surveys this is the very best option. Totally streamlined the home insurance inspection process for the pilot AND the carrier. This threw a kink in things for the IMGING app, but the guys at Loveland were AMAZINGLY quick with developing a solution/workaround to get me back on track and earning again. Automating the flight and using artificial intelligence to look for damage is amazing and keeps me safely on the ground! The measurements are incredibly accurate and I get them very quickly. ### 5/5 — Scan and scan and scan *2018-12-19* I'm constantly amazed by the software that Loveland Innovations pushes to market. The IMGING app has been my drone inspection solution for over a year now. I wouldn't go with any other drone solution. It's so intuitive, easy, and safe. There are rarely issues and when there are the support team is very helpful. The two things that make this app stand apart from other drone flying apps is the unique flight plans for data capture and what the app can do with that data. I'm BLOWN AWAY by the 3D models that are produced after my scans. The measurements are spot on all the time. I never have to get on a roof again. Damage detection is a really cool feature to have as well. Very useful after a hail storm where the roof has thousands of hail hits. I don't need to comb through each hit, the computer does that for me and I can just confirm what I see. I used to design roof plans for solar companies, I wished there was a viable drone solution in the market then. I'm no longer working in the solar industry, but if I was doing a roof survey I would use IMGING. They have a feature to give you all the edge lengths and the penetrations, and like I said before THEY ARE SPOT ON. No more need to break Spanish tiles during the survey, or harness in, or get onto that snowy roof. It would be easy to just survey from the ground with IMGING. I'm really glad IMGING just added support for the Mavic 2 Pro. It's so much more portable for what I do every day. ### 5/5 — Best drone app for roof inspections *2018-12-12* I’ve tested everything under the sun for drone roof inspections and this one is the best, simplest, fastest and even cost less than alternatives. It’s not free and takes a bit of training to get the whole picture but once your up and running, the only thing to need to get on the roof for is to identify underpayment and roofing kind and quality. I use this app to do property scans, roof inspections, site mapping, and even document family vacations! Simply design a flight plan, eliminate hazard zones and start flying. A simple product with a variety of uses, I recommend Imging to beginner and veteran uav pilots alike. Definitely not an app you can give a test run.... unless you have money to throw out before even getting a test ride.... It also eats up more data than any other app I have. We need an update to help with this please. ### 4/5 — Great, but auto flights need improvements *2020-11-03* This is a great app for scanning, but the auto flights and pilot override need improvements. My biggest problem, doing a horizon photo set, and the drone comes down near a tree. The drone stops, initiates pilot override, then I just continue to come straight down. When I restart the scan, it shoots straight up, then tries again. The thing gets stuck in an endless loop. I have to cancel the whole flight, then start the scan over from scratch. Very frustrating. Pilot override needs to let you actually change the path, not just restart it. ### 4/5 — Give it an A- *2020-11-02* Interface is very user friendly and easy. Only issue I have is when it gets close to an obstacle during horizon photos you can’t override it. I was told to “press the ‘take photo button.’” but it didn’t move to the next photo. On that note, you have to bring the drone back down, lose all your progress, adjust the scan and hope you don’t have to do it again. ### 5/5 — IMGING FLIGHT - DJI Mavic 3 Enterprise *2024-02-15* Hands down best field tool I’ve ever used or owned in any industry. Software has improved so much over the last year, can’t wait to see what you guy have too offer in 2024 on this platform. Daily tool for me and I push it on everyone who hasn’t had the opportunity to use it or has been to scared to commit. If you aren’t already using this software you are behind and if you are behind its cost you $$, pay for the annual subscription, mine paid for itself on the first freaking day on the very first inspection when 3-4 neighbors seen the drone and wanted to know more about it and what we were doing… they loved it, the kids love it, it gives you selling points and talking points incase a customer is awkward but on the nerdy side 🤷🏻‍♂️🤪 ### 5/5 — One Stop Shop *2021-10-27* I have been using IMGING for well over a year now doing surveys for solar systems, and I can say without a doubt that IMGING has brought a level of accuracy, speed, and safety like no other. Their customer service is fantastic as well they always have a solution and if they don’t have one at that time they call you back with one. Having a great product is one thing but to service it after is a whole other thing! There roofs where you need a minimum of two guys out on site where the pitch requires a harness or it’s so high you need a spotter on the ground holding the ladder steady. With IMGING from Loveland Innovations none of this matters. I’m able to show up and inspect the roof, locate and confirm hail damage, build an estimate based off the down to an inch measurements and provide photo reports to the customer. At most my longest flight has been just over 18 min. on a 9600 sq ft home. I’m able to view the photos and confirm damage in the truck and let the customer know my results. The same day. By the time I’ve looked at the gutters and windows my measurements are ready about 65% of the time and the others before lunch the next day. Even if I’m looking at hail claim I can use the drone to grab my measurements and photos of the roof when I have a nasty cut up steep pitches roof that would otherwise take more time and resources to gather. If your a roofer and you don’t have this, then you need to get with times. Oh and I have disputed and overturned multiple insurance adjusters denials with the drone images from IMIGNG. That’s money otherwise lost. Thank you IMIGNG for the amazing program. ### 5/5 — App just keeps improving! *2020-11-02* With each passing update to the software on the backend; this app keeps getting better and better. The ease of use, the automated flights, the automated pictures, and all the incredible features that allow my contractors to detect damages is amazing! Keep up the great work and continue to change the industry for the better!! ### 5/5 — Drone saved me $24k on roof replacement *2020-11-02* I am a real estate agent. I represented myself in the purchase of a home where I had questions of roof damage. Prior to purchase I had my roof scanned through IMGING technology. I was provided a roof damage report which helped the seller make a claim on the roof prior to me buying. The entire roof was replaced and paid for by sellers insurance (I paid 5k of 24k).
