I don’t know what else to do. I can’t register my account on it and just installed the whole heating system counting on this new app. Not great. **Developer response:** Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration this has caused, especially after installing your new heating system. We deployed an over-the-air fix to resolve this registration issue. To ensure the update applies correctly to your device, please fully close and reopen the app a couple of times. We are also releasing a brand-new app build shortly which includes a permanent fix for this bug. Your experience is incredibly important to us. Once you are successfully registered and able to manage your heating, we hope you will consider revising your review. ### 1/5 — Copy Day Function *2026-07-29* The App does not function properly ... COPY DAY functions aren't saving. The button is unresponsive. So you have to go to each segment and amend as necessary for each day. Also when you select a new TIME segment it constantly selects a time slot 1716hrs to 2358 hrs at the beginning? I hope they correct all this soon! Comfort Cooling support? *2026-07-09* Really nice update to the previous Heatmiser app which is getting a bit long in the tooth now. Still no support for Comfort Cooling (Neo Pro) though.. this would be very welcome in the current heatwave! **Developer response:** Good evening @Jimbo. Thank you very much for the lovely review. This app is a joy to use, really responsive, great user experience and the design work is sleek and stylish. Really like being able to add my own photo to personalise the Home Screen. So far I have been able to control my heating without issue and really appreciate the overall ease and flexibility that has been built in. ### 5/5 — Fabulous Smart Home System *2026-06-09* What can I say? This is such a phenomenal improvement on the original Heatmiser NEO app, that it is effectively a brand new application and I love it. As an existing user for 3+ years of the existing NEO system, I found it slow, buggy and very limiting but put up with it, as it controlled the heating in my home. However, the new app has fixed all of my gripes. It looks beautiful; it is fast; it is functional and can even be customised to include my own image as the background.
