Please fix. I need to see the latest plan note from the doctor. ### 1/5 — Delayed updates and notifications *2021-03-08, version 3.4* I have been using this app for almost a year now and it has caused nothing but problems. I do not get any notifications, despite having all notifications enabled. I manually refresh the app many times daily, but the new appointments often don’t come through until hours or even days AFTER appointment time. It also syncs the wrong time to my ical, when it syncs at all (e.g. synced a 9AM appointment at noon, 3 hours after the appointment had occurred). I had these issue while using my old iPhone 8 and continue to have them on my new iPhone 12. Last cycle, the timed intercourse notification was two days late and this cycle, I missed my ovulation date because of delayed appointment notifications. Incredibly frustrating. This is the worst medical app I have ever used. ### 1/5 — Cant log in *2020-10-26, version 3.4* Issue as everyone else, when I try to login it says I cannot due to the fact i am not connected to the internet. Then it worked fine for a while. It cut out again today and gives the same error message (I’ve tried three different internet connections). I’m currently in excruciating pain after a procedure and can’t call an after hours nurse for advice.... because the number is in the app, which won’t open. Pretty shoddy, given what’s riding on a medical app. ### 1/5 — Update doesn’t work *2018-10-22, version 3.4* Since the update 4mos. ago, the app will no longer open on my phone, despite deleting and redownloading. The app opens for a few seconds and immediately closes. ### 1/5 — No push notifications, no calendar integration *2018-08-02, version 3.4* This app is virtually useless, especially for $5. You must check the app all the time to be notified of updates since they don’t have push notifications. The calendar sync feature also doesn’t work so you have to manually input all your appointments. For what did I pay for? ## Most praised reviews (5 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great app and even better technical support! *2017-08-01, version 3.0* During my ivf cycle, I encountered two issues with the app. 1. It was not syncing with my calendar. 2. The app (plan & meds) were not updating when my clinic input the info (I missed an appointment due to this error). BUT... Baby Sentry was incredibly speedy and incredibly friendly. They helped solve both issues SO fast for me!! I was very impressed!! The app is fantastic. Going through my ivf cycle for the first time is overwhelming to say the least, I love having this app to reference for all my appointments, updates in my plan, and all medications all in one spot! It helps ease my mind. One less thing to worry about! Highly recommend! ### 2/5 — Crashes *2023-09-10, version 4* I am unable to consistently access my information.
