Can’t get a code sent via sms to even work the lock box. This is pointless. Whoever is selling these boxes need to stop because they’re a paper weight at this point. Sad because the lockbox is built like a tank.

No website, no server, no app function. This company must be out of business. Very disappointing as I’m trying to setup a brand new lock that I bought a while back, but haven’t used yet.

I’m unable to log into my account and open my lockbox. Can’t even log into support for help. Error massages stating the server cannot be found.

The hardware box is designed well and built like a tank.  This app is horrible however.

I have been trying to figure out for three days how to add a temporary user and grant them access for a few days.   

There is an “access by time” feature, but it requires an unnamed user to enter a different password every day (24 hour period).

There are icons that do nothing and some of the error wi does come up in Chinese.

Had I k own how poor this application was, I would not have purchased the hardware.

Hoping to get help from support, cannot get SMS to my iPhone, so I am unable to register / use app / use lockbox.

I cannot get any sms through this system so I couldn’t setup.

Overall the product worked.  It didn’t need a manual or fancy instructions.  Could really use a native English UI/UX member on the project, to clean up the phrasing, fonts, and work flow.
