Ich habe über drei Jahre nach einer passenden Wohnung in Berlin gesucht und in dieser Zeit kaum Besichtigungstermine bekommen. Durch diesen Bot hat sich das komplett geändert. Statt ein oder zwei Einladungen in mehreren Monaten hatte ich plötzlich regelmäßig mindestens drei Besichtigungstermine pro Monat. Nach nur zwei Monaten habe ich die Zusage für meine jetzige Wohnung erhalten und konnte die App wieder löschen. Besonders hilfreich sind die sofortigen Benachrichtigungen. Wer schnell auf neue Inserate reagiert, hat auf dem Berliner Wohnungsmarkt deutlich bessere Chancen, da viele Anzeigen bereits nach wenigen Stunden wieder offline sind. Für mich war die App ein absoluter Gamechanger – klare Empfehlung! (:

Ich rezensiere eigentlich nie aber diese App hat es wirklich verdient… Genau das wonach ich gesucht hatte! Und es ging mir ähnlich wie den anderen Menschen die hier geschrieben hatten - habe nach 2 Wochen meine Wohnung gefunden. Ist die einzige „Bezahl-App“ die man braucht, weil man einfach schnell genug schreiben kann um nicht bei der Masse an Anfragen unter zu gehen.

Die App funktioniert gut und ist sehr hilfreich bei der Wohnungssuche auf verschiedenen Portalen. Insbesondere wenn es um Schnelligkeit geht, ist diese App eine große Erleichterung. Das Abo bzw. die Plus-Version ist das Geld wert.

Auf dem Land vielleicht nicht notwendig aber in der Stadt wirklich jeden Cent wert.

Es hat sich extremst für mich gelohnt den Bot zu abonnieren. Habe einfach innerhalb von 2 Wochen über den Bot eine Wohnung im Berliner Ring bekommen. Vorallem wer 40h arbeiten muss oder wenig Zeit hat, für den lohnt sich dieser Bot wirklich! - von ganzem Herzen Danke <3

Macht was es soll, hilft und spart einem viel Arbeit bei der Wohnungssuche. Würde mich allerdings noch mehr über das Modul „Immobilien Kauf“ freuen, wenn soweit fertig programmiert.
