Les notifications des annonces étaient instantanées par appli comme mail. Les annonces étaient à chaque fois parfaitement lisibles et disait les infos très clairement. Même un enfant de 5 ans pourra se trouver un appartement sur cette appli. Les messages des vendeurs étaient aussi instantanés, donc on avait jamais du retard sur une possible proposition. Juste, ayant un numéro de téléphone français, je devais de temps en temps réécrire les numéros de téléphone en format +49 XXX… afin de pouvoir appeler quelqu’un. Pour tout ceux qui cherchent un appartement, courage à vous, ce processus est difficile mais un jour proche, après beaucoup d’effort, vous aurez les clés de votre appartement 😉! ### 3/5 — Ok functionality but deliberately misleading *2025-07-29, version 26.27* The app is functional enough, but is missing a lot of natural intuitive features, like sorting your messages in terms of ‘newest’ first, a feature which is reset every time you open the app. The most disappoint thing is the fact that there are a couple of misleading features: where you’d expect an easy way to pause or deactivate the ad, instead you have in bold letters ‘Sofort löschen‘ which of course is a massive deterrent - deliberately worded like that. To find the ‘pause feature’ you need to dig deeper and with way more clicks. And, in order to cancel the subscription altogether, the feature is hidden even deeper in the settings, also - deliberately. Pricing is very expensive, charging 59€ for 2 week regular listing. All in all, ok, because there isn’t really another alternatives. But no match for UK or Dutch based apps. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Trapped in a 12 month contract *2026-08-06* Be very careful before signing up for a premium membership here. I only needed the service for 2 months to find an apartment, but I am now locked into paying for a full 12-month subscription. Even though I immediately requested to terminate the service because I no longer use it, they refuse an early exit and continue to charge me every month. While this is legally permitted in Germany, I find this rigid contract structure highly consumer-unfriendly for a service that people typically only need temporarily. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-08-04, version 28.1* Complete scam. I signed up because the app advertised a plan for €20 for six months. After a few weeks, I received a bill for €84 from a lawyer’s firm. A house search app should not be sending collection letters for a misleading app service. We also called the firm and no one answers. ### 1/5 — Complete waste of money *2026-08-01, version 28.1* Got nothing from this that I could not get from the free version. Plus the site is horrendous. Waste of time, money, energy! So frustrating that there is no proper customer support! It’s like you are all alone anyways, you night as well search for a house by yourself! And the most ridiculous thing is you have to pay at least 3 months. If luckily you find the way to cancel it, congratulations. Or they might be a yearly subscription bill waiting for you. Furthermore, can you benefit from this non-sense membership. No at all. No extra support or useful exclusive privileges make you easier to find one. ### 1/5 — Recent update killed english *2025-12-12, version 27.9* Used to be an excellent app, after recent update, can no longer use it in english, doesn’t make sense for a European real estate app. ### 1/5 — More easy to manage *2025-08-08, version 27.0* I gave this rating because it is very difficult to find or communicate with the landlords . They don’t respond fast and also the app is not friendly for people that our main language is English . The pricing is misleading, and the cancellation process is confusing on purpose. Poor customer service.
