Toutes les annonces ne sont pas vérifiées, on tombe sur des escrocs !!

Ce sont des roublards, ne prenez pas l’option premium, car elle ne vous apportera rien. Juste des frais cachés… 🤷🏼‍♂️

J’ai souscrit à l’offre gratuite de LocatairePlus, sans savoir que le renouvellement automatique était activé. Le jour même où une facture de 50 CHF a été générée, j’ai immédiatement contacté le service client pour expliquer la situation.

On m’a confirmé que mon abonnement était annulé, mais on m’a quand même obligé à payer la facture. J’ai pourtant relancé à plusieurs reprises pour demander qu’on réactive mon accès afin que je puisse au moins bénéficier du service pour lequel ils exigeaient un paiement. Aucune suite n’a été donnée.

Résultat : j’ai dû payer pour un service que je n’ai jamais utilisé et auquel je n’ai jamais eu accès. Une pratique incohérente et profondément injuste.

👉 Je déconseille fortement ce service : manque de transparence, absence de réponse et facturation abusive.

Impossible de dessiner une zone de recherche sur la carte. 
De plus on peut seulement chercher dans un rayon de 15km autour d’une localité. 
Pas pratique du tout.
