Much better than other real estate apps I’ve used. The consistent investment and attention has paid off. For expats especially, who are unfamiliar with this area when they start searching, it would be ideal to filter by commute time to a selected location. I realise this would be quite difficult to implement, as I’m not sure where such data could be sourced, but if there were a way it would be very useful. I reduced the rating by one star because of the aggressive data collection noted in the private disclaimers. **Developer response:** Thank you for your positive feedback! :-) ### 3/5 — Password reset *2017-06-10* Since updating the app, I was logged out. My fault for not saving my pw info, however it doesn't seem to recognize any of my email addresses to reset, so I may have to create a new account. **Developer response:** Hi, thanks for your feedback. It would be better if they could avoid double postings and if they could include a map with the location of all options like redfin. Should be a way to consolidate. Also, would be nice to include a search function that goes beyond zip code to filter for the specific lieu-dit. This new version wont allow me search for commercial properties it only shows me residential properties plus it wont show me my saved seaches or saved properties . If it manages to give you the results, it crashes after using it a while. The app add takes up a fifth of my screen on ipad... Rather than promoting its use it is annoying me every time I see it, as it takes up my viewing space on whatever else I want to search. If I could rate immoweb minus 10 stars for taking the liberty to occupy my headspace like this ii would. Its called reverse advertising.... ### 1/5 — Immoweb app difficult to use *2013-12-08* Almost impossible to change search terms ### 3/5 — App crashes *2025-08-08, version 6.55.0* I like the app! It’s very convenient to have it. However, after a couple days of usage it starts to crash. I have to uninstall the app and download it again. Then it will start working again, for other two days or so. I’ve been having this issue for at least a year now. ### 3/5 — No photos *2019-05-31* Most of the properties are displayed without the photos. It makes it difficult to know if this would be s property you might be interested in.
