## What is Immunization Record Tracker?

Your child's vaccine schedule, tracked. ChildVaccs is a baby vaccine tracker and vaccination record built for parents: it pre-loads the US routine childhood immunization checklist from birth through age six, shows exactly which dose sits in its window at your child's age today, and reminds you a week before the next one opens.

No accounts, no clinic portal, no spreadsheet. Enter a birthday once and the full series — Hepatitis B, Rotavirus, DTaP, Hib, PCV, Polio, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis A and yearly flu — arranges itself into an age-organized record book. Log the date each dose was given, keep the clinic and lot number with it, and watch the completion seal climb toward 100%.
