One important feature missing however is family banking. You can apply for it but you can’t use it from the app. That is a major issue for many of us who are outside India & trying to manage all our accounts together. Just after I signed in, the app completely froze and I started getting new prompts to authenticate my phone number etc. It almost was like I was being hacked and I got suspicious. I logged out and when I try to log back in, it wanted me to re-authenticate everything that again made me suspicious After two minutes, I get the notification you are being locked out for 24 hours because of too many attempts. It seems they come out with a new version of the app without intimation. There is no intimation on email or via text that there is going to be a new version of app . The only time they send me a text is when they want to market some fixed deposit rate and that too without my consent. If you call them, they have some humans sitting who are trained to speak certain lines like a robot. They will not be able to help you at all and they will keep repeating we understand or I we apologies for your trouble. That’s all they’ll know . The app is extremely slow and frequently becomes unresponsive, especially while performing important actions such as money transfers. It often remains stuck on the loading screen, making the process frustrating and unreliable. The app’s performance needs significant improvement, as the backend responses appear to be very slow. In addition, the user experience and interface could be made more intuitive, smooth, and responsive. Overall, the app does not meet the expected standards of a banking platform and requires considerable improvements in both performance and UX. I hope to see noticeable improvements in the app’s performance and overall user experience soon. ### 1/5 — App lagging while use in uk region *2026-08-24, version 30.6* It is difficult use in uk region most of time lagging while make any payment ### 1/5 — Do not make online transfers through the app. *2026-08-21, version 30.6* I made one transfer of INR 50k to a beneficiary in July 2026 but due to some technical glitch in the system, the app kept initiating multiple transfers for the same amount without my consent and totally cleared my funds in my account. It’s been over a month now and I am still running around trying to get my money back.
