The app has the possibility of being amazing. Being able to turn on and off certain devices from the app is amazing. Until it renames the device or forgets it or it won’t show up. It’s shown what it is of & now it’s just a giant disappointment. It’s so frustrating- ever update I hope, “this will be the time they get it right” and each update it is the time they make it worse. Do better IMON or I’m out!

The actual internet service from ImOn is great.  The app on the other hand is awful.  I can turn internet off to specific devices but it won’t turn back on.  Previous version was much better.

The app forgets the router every time you close it. The speed test errors out every time. The pause/unpause feature does not work. Overall, this app is cheap junk.

Literally one of the worst apps made.  It never wants to connect.  When I made a profile for my child’s games for daily time limits it doesn’t pause when it needs to.

My app crashes non stop. Can’t even get in to see the somehow 20 connected devices that shouldn’t be there. Deleted and downloaded the app several times and same thing.

App doesn’t connect I can’t unpause the internet for my son. Setting time limits is nice would be better if the app worked to unpause or adjust the time limit.

This app is buggy.  Half the time it won’t connect correctly.  I can turn off devices but won’t connect to turn them back on.

We’ve had service for a little over a month everything promised was delivered and everything has been great. Had couple of questions for clarification and service was excellent sure I am glad we left the other people.
