I’m going to return the product and not use any product that uses this software because well… I don’t like the fact that I can’t portray who I actually am. ### 1/5 — Not multiuser friendly *2026-01-04* Although it allows you to add different users, and advertises up to & users, it doesn’t record the weight for any user besides the main account holder. **Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We does support multiple users. Please make sure to select the member you want to measure before stepping on the scale, so the data can be recorded under the correct profile. You can also switch between members and view their data by tapping the profile avatar in the app. If you continue to experience issues, please let us know and we’ll be happy to assist further. ### 1/5 — Email sold *2025-07-16* I have received multiple spam emails from variety of companies after signing up on this app. I didn’t do anything else this month so I know my email was sold to some kind of list…makes me not trust this app nor this company for my data. **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback, and we're so sorry this happened. Our iOS version of the app does not require location permissions; only the Android version requires location authorization due to system limitations for Bluetooth connectivity. Looking forward to your further contact! ### 2/5 — Random estimates *2026-07-18* I’m pretty sure this app is seriously just making estimates like how are you able to know my bone density through a scale. I’m an athlete that has some decent muscle mass and when I used the scale it’s saying I’m overweight with a high bmi and have low muscle so I know it’s definitely just guessing. **Developer response:** Hello, we're sorry for the inconvenience. Home body composition scales use BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis) to estimate body composition based on your body's electrical impedance and predictive algorithms. This means that values such as bone mass are estimated rather than directly measured like they would be with medical devices such as a DEXA scan. For athletes or individuals with higher-than-average muscle mass, some body composition estimates may be less accurate. We recommend focusing on long-term measurement trends instead of a single result. If your measurements differ significantly from those obtained with professional medical equipment, please contact your retailer to have the scale inspected. I Want to know if there’s a pregnancy option or if it will allow me to add that on. Every single day I log my weight and it shows me really good photographs and layouts of the trends in my weight so that I can stand up at my house. For the scale costing nine dollars on Amazon that I purchased, then this app being completely free, it’s better than many of my friends scales in the apps that they use that have cost it more.
