I installed the app using the QR code. I connected the battery to the iMortor, pressed the On switch on the thumb-activated controller, and the lights came on. I started the app. It connected to my iPhone Bluetooth. It prompted me for a password. I entered 0000 as per the instruction book. However, it rejected this password, asking for the password again. I tried many obvious possible passwords, including entering no password. Nothing worked.

Maybe there was already a password entered on the device. If so, how do I reset the password.

Will change my 1 star rating if problem is resolved.

It pairs well with my phone and the device. There are lots of options to choose from which is nice for different kinds of riding. Very solid app, I’m not sure why the ratings are so bad
