One bad thing I’ve noticed is to use your points effectively you would have to spend a good amount of money and time ordering pizza. But if you like the pizza and don’t care about deals then the app is great. ### 2/5 — Used to work fine? *2026-04-04* I went to order through the app like usual and a request for a review popped up. A little unusual, but okay.👌🏻 Wouldn’t you know, the app didn’t work properly?! I had 3 items in my cart, but when I went to view the cart nothing displayed properly. Almost like all 3 items were showing on the same line? I clicked on the line to see if the items would expand into a list, but nope, only thing that I could see was a remove “button”. Couldn’t see clearly what I was ordering, so no Imo’s for me tonight. ### 4/5 — Imos is an acquired taste *2026-03-20, version 12.0.21* IMO’s is my go to! I have them every year for my birthday and love to order “light sauce extra cheese” on any pizza I get. App is kinda mid to be honest tho. Kinda slow and doesn’t apply points easily. My address still does not appear on the app for delivery. However, everytime I call there, my address shows up and they can deliver to my house with no problem. I have reported this numerous times since we moved here and for 6 years, nothing has been done. ### 2/5 — Rewards program is a joke *2026-01-01, version 12.0.21* The app is fine, but the rewards you earn in the app expire fast. However, their payment vendor of choice no longer accepts my card info for some reason. In all this time we have had to call and order by phone because our address does not show up as in your delivery area. We are approximately 1.5 miles away, and when we call, they always say they can deliver to us. I would like to use the app but cannot since our address does not appear in the app as within your delivery area ### 1/5 — This app is useless *2026-07-01* This app hasn’t worked for months & months on iPhones or iPads when trying to order online from Pickup. If you’re trying to order from an IMO’s that’s not the closest to your home address, even though the IMO’s is selected as your favorite location, when you go to Checkout the app changes the store to the one closest to your residence. Not to mention you can’t even do Apple Pay or Google pay on it. They don’t even recognize my address for delivery saying it doesn’t exist. It’s a shame somebody that makes such good. Pizza can’t have an app that works. It also tells you to pick up your pizza when it’s not even out of the oven yet. This has to get better or no more IMO’s. I love the ease of ordering and payment. However, we moved over the summer to a townhouse built in 2022. The app says our address does not exist. We still get delivery from our IMO’s (thank you Creve Couer East!) but it is very frustrating that the app says our address doesn’t exist. I can assure you (as can the terrific people at Creve Couer East), that it does. If Google maps can find our house the IMO’s app should be able to, as well. I can literally get a pizza for HALF the price somewhere else. The “Rewards” are irrational. It’s $15 to earn just 1 star and after 5 stars the reward is a free drink… $75 spent gets you a free drink. At other places $75 spent will get you multiple rewards.. not to mention you max out at 4 stars per order. The app is functional, easy to navigate, and does exactly what it’s supposed to. My pickup time matched perfectly with when the pizza was actually ready, which I really appreciated. I typically enjoy takeout about once a quarter, so I expect solid customer service whether I’m ordering in-store, over the phone, or through an app. Imo’s has always delivered on that—friendly sales associates when I call, and now a smooth digital experience as well.
