IMP is awesome!!  My phone only rings when it is someone I want to hear from.  I need to get one for my mother so she can stop swearing at her phone and all the robocalls she gets.

I talked to the folks at IMP prior to purchase because after looking around for a product I couldn’t believe that this “box” could do what no other product could - only allow calls we wanted on a land line phone. He assured me it would. I hooked it up and after a few issues on my end that Emily in support cleared up for me, it was wired and ready. It works like a Champ! Now my Mom gets only calls from people she wants to talk to and no more spam calls (she was getting 30-40 per day). You will not be disappointed. Two things to know -1)  must have caller ID, and 2) need to only have 1 phone in the home connected to a wall phone Jack, otherwise the phone will ring once before IMP can intercept the phone call.  My Mom had a base station phone hooked into a wall Jack and one extension hooked wirelessly to a phone one her bedroom and it works perfectly.

I’ve been using this device since January 2022. Have not had one spam call since installing. Get only calls that matter. If someone calls and are blocked they can leave a message on imp app and you can, with one swipe give them future access. Heaven.

I followed this startup for a while. As soon as it was able to test I jumped at the chance. I got this for my mother in law. With all the scam calls that come in older people can fall for them. Sometimes she gets 15 or more spam calls a day. 

I had a slight hiccup where I was signed out. I emailed back and forth with support and Emily was knowledgeable and polite. Took a few minutes to get me back up and running. 

I RARELY leave reviews on apps but this one is worth it

The imp box works! I don’t receive junk calls any. I actually want to pick up my landline now because I know whoever is calling is someone I want to talk to. The app is easy to set up and everything is so user friendly. If you have a landline, you need the imp!
