Meh...

### 4/5 — Pretty good

*2011-12-20, version 1.9.1*

I have been with the network since 2004 so this is not a ripoff. The iPod version is sure easier to use than the old palm based system. Typing on the virtual keyboard is a challenge if you have fat fingers like mine . Overall they have made a lot of progess over the years

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — SCAM

*2024-07-12, version 1.33.1*

These people want you to refer but then don’t pay you for it. They make it much easier for the provider to not use your referral code so they won’t have to pay you.

### 1/5 — NOT WORTH YOU TIME

*2022-05-16, version 1.30.6*

Doctors need to know this program is not worth your time. Your patient and rep visit data is more valuable then you know. This company will use and abuse you to get as much data out of you. They are getting your data at pennies on the dollar

NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!

NOT WORTH HOUR TIME!

NOT WORRH YOUR TIME!

### 1/5 — Poor APP

*2014-08-02, version 1.18.1*

The APP is POOR & Customer Service is unhelpful. The APP quits as soon as its icon is touched to open it!! Customer Service suggested to ensure that the ios is the most recent version: it is! Customer Service suggested to ensure that the APP version is the most recent: it is! Customer Service recommended to open the APP, when the problem is that the APP doesn't open. It quits as soon as the icon is touched!! POOR PROGRAM & unhelpful Customer Service!

### 1/5 — MD

*2012-05-23, version 1.10.1*

Too much time for too little pay

### 1/5 — Phishing scam

*2011-11-01, version 1.8.1*

You'll give them more personal and professional info than for your state licensing. If you are lucky to get honoraria (I did not) it'll be like $30 per hour or less. Epocrates pays much more and actually provides some insights for your practice.
FBI should look into what they do with trove of information on doctors.

### 1/5 — not working

*2010-10-15, version 0*

some features are not in this version yet

### 2/5 — Update impossible

*2019-10-04, version 1.27.8*

Update is not letting me do it. Keeps going back there same screen and will not let me put in info. Wasted 15 minutes.

### 2/5 — Lots of nonsensical questions

*2014-09-03, version 1.18.2*

The idea behind this app is good. Complete surveys about drug reps and prescriptions. The problem is that entering the data is far more complicated than what it should be. For example multiple of the questions won't save you answer unless you click done. The app asks you about dosing for meds that only have one dose. The ratings for the drug rep are a long amount of questions. If the company bothered to look at their data they would see that lots of these answers are highly correlated and they would do just fine with only a couple of questions.
Also the prescription dates defaults to today's date this adds extra time when trying to enter data from previous dates.
Getting to use the ipad is nice but they won't upgrade it as new models come out.
They don't give you prorated honorariums so if you don't meet their quota you won't get paid and if you enter more than the minimum you won't get paid extra. Since the app only keeps a few days history in it you can't easily track how many data points you entered in a month.

### 2/5 — Low compensation

*2011-08-07, version 1.8.0*

I just happen to read the description on the app and what it says "generous compensation package" is inaccurate! I spend a total of 1-2 hrs each week & only get a little over $100 a month. Im actually embarrassed to recommend this to my colleages! Othetwise everything else is fine

### 2/5 — new download

*2010-09-05, version 0*

This application is not working yet

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Easy to use!

*2023-08-16, version 1.32.4*

Clearly the app is authored by a team that knows the therapeutic areas and is fast and efficient way to submit data to earn honoraria.

Would recommend!

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2022-05-25, version 1.30.6*

Worth the time. Easy to use.

### 5/5 — Quick & effecient

*2022-01-24, version 1.30.3*

Therapeutically accurate mobile survey app I can take quickly on my iPhone.

### 5/5 — Exceptional app

*2018-09-17, version 1.27.5*

Everything is straightforward and intuitive thereby making reporting data easier than ever before.

I don’t understand the unfounded complaints about the app. If you are not satisfied then why continue to participate?

I give this app 5 stars just because for the purposes for which the app was developed it definitely delivers. It is quick and painless to use, and the customer service from this company truly rocks from my own experience.

### 5/5 — Review

*2015-11-11, version 1.22.1*

Impact network app is very user friendly and allows us to document difficulties encountered in treating some patients with appropriate medications because of high copay said or non formulary status of branded medications for which there is no generic alternative available.

### 5/5 — True Picture

*2012-06-27, version 1.10.1*

I have been with Impact Network for about 5 years. I spend 30 mins per week putting in data. The upfront reimbursement is low ($125/month) but they also pay for my cell phone use and maintainaince and this adds about $75/ month making the payment an average of $50/30 mins . This is as good as I get doing any online surveys. I'm not sure why so many physicians are complaining????
Technical support is very good and I have resolved all the issues very timely and efficiently .
I use my personnel iPad most of the days making data input much easier.
Don't worry about the Negative reviews, u will never be able to satisfy all the physicians.

### 5/5 — Great program

*2011-01-05, version 1.6.0*

I learn a lot about coding, etc.

### 5/5 — Edit problem w patient records. Unable to do so.

*2010-09-07, version 0*

How can this be fixed?

### 4/5 — Great customer service, but needs a GUI refresher

*2020-02-22, version 1.28.6*

The reps are really a pleasure to deal with- they are not annoying or invasive. The app works well, and is straightforward. The only thing lacking is a more modern GUI, which I heard rumors, is coming soon. Can’t wait!

### 4/5 — Nice way to earn easy money

*2012-10-07, version 1.12.0*

Hardest part for me is just remembering to input data, but it just takes a few minutes for me (I do it pretty fast now), several days a week. I think the compensation is fair & I like that it's consistent. I get paid even if I forget, and the check is always on time. Good deal for extra cash.
