Provide healthcare professionals access to your data, record symptoms, and locate an ImPACT-trained care provider anytime, anywhere. I could have just sent the passport to my dr without the app ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-01-09, version 2.5.0* Don’t know why schools require this stupid app to play sports. ### 1/5 — Poor user interface *2023-01-25, version 2.3.0* Extremely poor user interface to enter ID from a phone. Had to move month by month from 1986 to 2006 in order to enter birthdate. Can’t paste in ID. Had to manually enter the 12 digit ID. ### 1/5 — Waste of my time *2021-09-09, version 2.1.0* I just completed this and when I go to sign in my completion it says not in our system I guess they take a long tile to update I will try again another time annoying and slow ### 1/5 — Hard to use *2021-08-16, version 2.1.0* Tried to log in for my test results for school. Can’t look up my kids info using the given passport Id ### 1/5 — Can’t even add my passport ID *2020-12-14, version 1.7.0* I had to do this test for a school sport and now I have to download an app to see a score that involves me? Fine. I downloaded the app, but when I tried to enter my information it keeps not recognizing my ID. I have tried many different ways and triple checked my info to make sure it was correct and it WILL NOT let me add my ID. This app needs MAJOR improvements. 👎👎👎 ### 1/5 — Scam *2020-12-13, version 1.7.0* This seems like a scam to get providers to sign onto their program. If they aren’t registered with them, then they must do so? It also states that parents or providers can get the test results. There is nothing on this app that allows anyone to do so or on the website. Just emailed them to try and get a copy.
