But the DOB format is different than what the app had and therefore says the data isn’t the same and can’t get logged in. Can't really give this app anything but one star since I can't even use it. Had to move month by month from 1986 to 2006 in order to enter birthdate. Can’t paste in ID. Fine. I downloaded the app, but when I tried to enter my information it keeps not recognizing my ID. I have tried many different ways and triple checked my info to make sure it was correct and it WILL NOT let me add my ID. This app needs MAJOR improvements. 👎👎👎 ### 1/5 — Scam *2020-12-13, version 1.7.0* This seems like a scam to get providers to sign onto their program. If they aren’t registered with them, then they must do so? It also states that parents or providers can get the test results. There is nothing on this app that allows anyone to do so or on the website. Just emailed them to try and get a copy. I could have just sent the passport to my dr without the app ### 2/5 — Harder to Access Results for Health Care Providers *2017-08-17, version 1.2.0* Definitely dislike how much harder it is to look up an athlete's test information. As an ATC, it's nice being able to pull up their results by just using my log-in and searching their name. I don't have time to enter in all their "passport ID's" and they definitely will not remember them.
