I’ve been using Impactcouple for a while now, and I must say it’s a fantastic app! The personalized fitness coaching is top-notch, and the app is easy to use. I love how it keeps me motivated and helps me track my progress effectively. It’s well-designed, user-friendly, and packed with great features. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable fitness coaching app!

I really like that you can scan the bar code of any food and it will appear for you to put the serving that you are consuming. I really like the exercise that they have your have a choice to do the exercise at home or gym and one thing that I really like is that you can set up a call with your coach when you need a little of support or have a question the same with the chat group. Oh and another think is that the set you up for 6 week with the exercise you need the calories you need to consume each day and the water that you need for the day. They also give you a list of the things you need to buy for the week. Really enjoy this app so far.
