Initially everything worked okay, daily streaks, consolidation of earlier workouts and donation. But ever since last year or two performance has dropped down. Frequent crash down of app in middle of workout, streak not getting counted and added at all, donation amount on steps cut to half (which seriously demotivating), and after the crash quiet often losing of entire previous history of donation and steps starting all over again. All these being pointed out repeatedly to core team yet problem still persists. Very disappointing… i think the core thought of health and kindness has had a shift to income earning now, with all the ads and promoting Impact Pro - The paid version of app!!!!! ### 4/5 — Impact system upgrading fails at 25% always *2025-02-07* Your app has a fantastic, motivating concept that makes workouts enjoyable—kudos on the engaging design! Suddenly impact PRO introduced without readiness to accept payment through net banking or through debit cards. Highly frustrating with advertisements and reduced conversion rates. Write to them on app and stereotype reply will appear. I have loved the ease of tracking steps and workouts that my company turns into a donation but the current version presents an advertisement before I can donate steps. I came to USA in March 2022. From end June I faced the problem of daily jogging data not getting added to gross data. I downloaded this app on my new iPhone but here I had to deal with my new account set up. I referred the issue to the app team and I am happy to inform that my previous account data has been merged with the new account on my new iPhone. Kudos to the team. At the age of 70, I get motivated by this app to go for workouts everyday. I have been using this app for more than 4 years. Everything was fine but of late suddenly it is torture to use this app. Conversion rate reduced, horrible time waste in advertisements, Impact PRO not developed for iPhones. ### 2/5 — App isn’t friendly in the iPhone *2024-06-04, version 25.8* The application in the iPhone isn’t friendly and support in terms of tracking your steps and you can’t convert your steps into charity This is the major issue in the application. If you are having Pro membership then u can’t covert the steps into charity. Points earned are useless because not many products in the store and you have to pay money for the merchandise even after redeeming points. You get the goods much cheaper in the market. I’m in USA at present so can’t generate UPI or get credit card from acceptable banks. Impact team is least bothered to reply properly. Feeling like writing to donors for intervention. 5 months on yet no improvement on PRO payments by net banking. Least bothered to respond even. Few weeks back you guys have forced and update adding adverts at every click so that people get forced to buy pro. I quit the app then and reopened it and it was asking me to login. During login process with the same phone number, it seems the app is doing fresh registration asking various for weight, height etc resulting into data loss. How to get my streak data back ? ### 1/5 — Reduced the conversion rate of steps to currency to half *2024-05-14, version 25.7* Without taking any customer feedback or views into consideration, the latest drop in conversion is highly disappointing and leaves us with no choice but to stop using this app as it’s becoming another commercial benefits only platform. Am stopping donations with immediate effect and taking away 15 of my friends and deactivating their accounts too. This fitness app has motivated me to get moving and reduce my weight gradually. That means Rs10/- for each km Since one week though I am walking for 10 KM only half of the amount is credited to charity I.e., Rs50/- for 10 KM. Why? What is the reason for Reducing the Charity amount Half to Half for conversion of Steps. If the same continued nobody will interested to participate in this Charity programme. Most of Members have already withdrawn from this AAP.
