The scheduling on this app is beyond frustrating. When I booked with a therapist and then tried to book a second appointment down the road, I was only able to see the furthest out date in the app, not that there were multiple appointment scheduled. So when I went to take an appointment, I had no way to access the zoom link in the app. There is also no way to contact the therapist and despite the beta chat bot saying there is, I had to dig up the therapists email online and ask them for the zoom link, cutting ten plus minutes from my appointment time. Then I checked my appointment time that was supposed to be today, before I went to bed last night. All looked good. Checked today when I was ready to hop on (left work in a rush to make the appt on time) and I’m randomly booked for a January appt time with no way to access my current appointment? When I asked for help from CS, they didn’t know what beta chat bot I was referring to and had no answers to my questions. I really appreciate what this app is trying to do and benefited from it when I did get an appointment, but wow.

I’ve had several different health/wellness benefits at different companies and this is by far the best one I’ve used! Easy access to therapy, lifestyle coaching, and tons of learning journeys!

It’s so helpful to have all the mental health benefits my company offers in one place. Setting therapy appointments is easy and it takes seconds. I love the ability to browse and download at all the apps my family and I can use for our different needs. 10/10
