## What is Impact?

Your personal coach for the life you want to build.

Most days, the version of yourself that shows up isn't the one you imagined the night before. The Coach is built for that gap, helping you stay consistent, reflect clearly, and keep moving forward.

TALK IT THROUGH
Chat or speak with a private AI coach that remembers your goals, your struggles, and what you've said before. Ask for advice, think out loud, or just check in. Hands-free voice mode lets you talk while you walk, drive, or wind down.

KNOW YOURSELF FIRST
Eight assessments give your coach real context: Wheel of Life, Personality, Emotional Intelligence, Cognitive Style, Core Drivers, Leadership, Communication, and Career & Mission. Each one ends with a personalized breakdown, and your coach uses the results in every conversation.

GOALS THAT TURN INTO PLANS
Tell your coach what you want. It builds a step-by-step plan, breaks it into weekly actions, and checks in on progress so the goal doesn't quietly disappear.

HABITS THAT ADAPT
Build habits with a plan that fits your schedule. Track streaks, see weekly progress, and adjust when life changes instead of starting over.

REFLECT AND GROW
Guided reflections, a growth calendar, and daily quotes chosen for you. Look back on past chats and see how far you've come.

STAY ACCOUNTABLE
Gentle nudges when you drift. Your coach follows up on what you committed to, not generic reminders.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your conversations are yours. You choose whether AI features are on, and you can delete your account and data at any time.

The Coach is for anyone working on confidence, focus, career direction, relationships, faith, or simply becoming more consistent. Start free, then unlock unlimited coaching with a subscription.

• More natural conversation with fewer filler phrases.
• Account deletion from Settings, plus a clearer AI consent screen.

### 5 — 2026-09-09

Your coach got sharper this update.

• Voice mode now reads your real results. Ask about your Wheel of Life, personality, or goals out loud and the coach pulls up your actual scores instead of asking you to wait.
• Better memory. The coach now reliably keeps track of what you tell it between conversations, so you never have to repeat yourself.
• Clearer voice. Fixed the coach sounding quiet or muffled on some phones, and the app now tells you if your volume is turned down during a voice chat.
• Change the coach's voice any time from Settings. Tap a voice to hear it and it's saved instantly.
• Fixes to daily quotes and general stability improvements.
