And forget about attaching pictures, that is the most painfully slow process. **Developer response:** We’re sorry for the slow experience. You’re only here to download the app because you use IMPAK for your work orders and PMs already, so you know what to expect from the site. But I think the app is in real need of a UI update and simplification. Many bugs have been fixed, and app crashes have been reduced, giving you a smoother and more reliable experience every time you use IMPAK. Update today and enjoy a faster, simpler way to stay connected. ### 3.01 — 2025-08-25 There are several updates to this app. For instance, the deprecated Customer App has been replaced with a new login option that uses your email address. This allows IMPAK to help you select your Property Management Company. Additionally, the top bar has been updated to include a login or change Property Management Company option.
