iMPC brings the look and feel of the classic Akai Pro MPC to your iPad. iMPC includes everything you need to create a beat quickly and easily. With features including built-in effects, plus the ability to create new sequences and record and overdub beats, the possibilities are endless. The app’s built-in sampler can record samples three different ways: using the mic on the iPad, using the line input on the iPad, or using the multi-touch turntable interface in iMPC to record samples directly from iTunes or other music libraries.

I love this app, but I hate how it will randomly shutdown in the middle of a gig. I have even made tracks for a gig, but when I played them live the beat was drastically different than what I made. Frustrating because it can be the best one out there, but...

I noticed that the tempo varies by as much as 15bpm at 155 or so. In addition to that (after 3 years of creating loops)one day 75% of my work was lost!!!After 4 days of trying I have given up. Disappointed

Nebst ständigem Abstürzen im normalen Betrieb funktioniert das Samplen lediglich nur einmal dann friert die Aufnahme ein und man kann nicht mehr weiter arbeiten. Am Anfang war ich noch ein Riesen Fan. Mittlerweile hab ich die App gelöscht weil nervig und unbrauchbar Geld zum Fenster rausgeschmissen mit der zweiten Version dachte ich wäre alles besser aber selbst die stürzt regelmäßig ab. Sehr schlecht. Kann man beides nicht empfehlen mein Fazit Schrott

Inter-App Audio compatibility. This free update adds support for the new inter-app audio protocol in iOS 7. Inter-app audio allows you to route audio and control data between apps on your device. Use iMPC’s sampler and inter-app audio to record new sounds from compatible apps for use in your Programs.

We’ve also updated to AudioCopy 2.0. AudioCopy makes it easy to paste sound from compatible apps. The new AudioCopy ensures compatibility with iOS 7, and includes updated UI and other improvements (more info at retronyms.com/audiocopy/).
