Key Improvements: New Contractor Approval Flow: Contractors now see a clean, focused dashboard. Instead of a list, you are presented with the single payroll statement that requires your immediate attention. Once you approve or dispute it, the view updates to confirm you have no other pending items. Secure PDF PaySlip Delivery: Your security is our priority. Upon approving a payroll, your official payslip (voucher) is now instantly generated as a PDF and delivered exclusively via email attachment. This ensures you have a secure, private copy for your personal records. Enhanced Dispute Process: When disputing a payroll, you will now be prompted to provide a specific reason for the issue. This feedback is sent directly to the payroll administrator, allowing for a much faster investigation and resolution. Improved Admin Workflow: The payroll approval process for administrators has been split into two steps: an internal review (to add adjustments like Extra Payment) and a final "Notify Contractors" step. This ensures all figures are correct before you are notified. Faster, More Reliable Data Processing: The CSV upload system for time entries has been completely rebuilt.
