Have been loving this new app for simple (but effective…) workouts and tracking my progress. Impossible is a great resource for straightforward no-nonsense advice on fitness and nutrition and this app is a great addition. I particularly like the No Excuses workouts that help you get a good sweat in when you don’t have access to gyms or equipment, which can be a challenge these days or when you’re traveling.

Having a variety of fitness programs in one app is awesome for when the goals shift through the year. Whether you want to hit a new running PR, get strong, or chisel those abs, this app has the program to get you there. And the no-fluff exercise demo videos are top-notch! Highly recommend.
