I’ve tried restarting it and researching on google but nothing has worked. ### 3/5 — Enjoyable *2023-04-19* I loved this game when I first started playing it but now that I’ve had it for a little while I’m not able to complete the challenges anymore. Once the timer runs out the game just freezes and I’m not able to do anything accept quit and lose all of my progress. Other than that it’s an incredibly fun game with lots of cool challenges from the show! **Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback and patience while we look into this. ### 3/5 — Decent Start, Major Problem *2023-03-31* The game itself is an interesting start and I would be curious to see where it goes, but there is one huge problem with this game… There is no user account or save data, so if you ever need to delete the game, like I did, if you reinstall it you will lose everything. Progression? Gone. Gems (even ones you bought)? Gone. That’s a huge problem and near inexcusable in a modern mobile game. So now I’ll have to start all over again in the game, but after progressing as far as I had, I just don’t feel like doing everything all over from the beginning, so I just deleted the game, for good this time. It’s a shame, the game has potential (despite needing a lot of work), but forcing people to start all over again if they have to delete the game… no thanks. **Developer response:** This is resolved! It’s like they’re sticking their stomach out and short on one side. And I’m a girl, and there’s not even a choice for long hair. It’s a little hard to move the avatar around. During the loading screen the app will crash and close completely every time. I just started playing the game and it’s fun so far. Certain games and UI glitch to where even though I finish the game I will sometimes not have an option to finish, forcing me to close the app and lose the rewards I just earned. There’s also some things like a chest not being able to be opened in certain areas, or gates not opening. Also multiple times now I’ve had my avatar reset to default and all my outfits locked after purchasing them. Nothing has really been game breaking but it will be nice to see all the issues get smoothed out and the game be expanded upon in the future. More customization would be great too, like facial hair, more hairstyles, maybe even different heights and body shapes. **Developer response:** This is resolved! All my clothes were returned and I had no money whatsoever. Murr looks nothing like that. Sal and Q kind of look recognizable. Everyone has the same slanted stance lol. Typos and weird grammar in the dialogue oh man. Now every time I play, no matter how long and if I quit the game and it has to reload, none of my progress is saved. It even changed my character and there are several world boxes that I can’t open the gate with my key. I have emailed support many times and I am holding on because when it did work it was fun. But I will soon delete if an update or fix doesn’t come out soon. I can only get up to the part where you first unlock the journal and if i restart the app it does the same thing. I was a fan of the Wheel of Doom game so when I saw this launch, I knew I had to try it out. I like that this is challenging and engaging. Although it’s taken me a few times to up my score, I enjoy the character interaction and all the thought that clearly went into making this really immersive. The game is much better than expected, especially for a newly launched game. I enjoy how authentic it feels and you can really tell how much work was put into the game. I like the goofy cartoonistic style and animation aswell. And while I love the game, like many new games there’s just a few things to smooth over. My biggest ask is to make it easier to aim/adjust your character on the toilet paper swish challenge. Also I think it would be cool as time goes on, that we get more character customization. Maybe even a few cameos from Joey Fatone, Joe Gatto, or Benjamin Cat eventually? Thanks for listening to my feedback. I wasn’t a fan of the show without Joe but this made me think it wasn’t bad.
