They have great communication. As Soon as your order is placed you will receive confirmation but not only confirmation you can still look over your order before it’s print. I love that impress let’s you know exactly when your order has shipped with the tracking information and all. When you order arrives it will send you a text confirmation as well. Such great communication. I really appreciate impress. If you would like to know what I order it’s my business cards that I actually create myself through the impress app. They also have templates that is extremely helpful. But if you are looking for a company to great business cards, logos, stickers, and even a free website for your business this is write place for you. Overall 5 star app. Thank you again. Oh and if you need to ask questions concerning your order they will respond immediately I love that. So I ordered them, they send me a proof of concept and it was extremely off centered and all I wanted was them to center it up, I emailed and texted them and they ignored me until they told me my order was shipped, then proceeded to tell me it was too late. It keeps crashing whenever I’m trying to design cards. I put a square painting/ logo in and my name is too long - it won’t allow me to adjust the size of the font so my complete email address will show. If I could decrease it by one size or put it on two lines it would fit. Changing the font didn’t help either. Unfortunately this app doesn’t work for me! I certainly welcome the developers response because I would like it to work! Maybe there is something I missed... ### 3/5 — Honest. Just might take a lil longer *2022-07-09, version 4.5.8* The cards and stickers I ordered hadn’t come on time. I was stressing out a bit thinking I got scammed. There email wasn’t working and again I thought to myself scam scam scam. Then they came and the emails came and the apologies came too. Megan came through and helped me out. A lil late sure but still, she came through. They refunded me the day before my cards came and I’m full of guilt however it was late and I was left in the dark. With that being said my cards and stickers are all that I imagined. Very cool very professionally done and I’m 10/10 satisfied. Just know she is a human and does have a life too.
