Pagamos a frente a partir do qual tomam as decisões que querem quanto as consultas necessárias. Se vos disserem que são 20 semanas, contem com pelo menos 40. Não há o mínimo respeito por marcações que são canceladas no dia e remarcadas para passados 30 dias. Evitar a todo o custo. Bei jeder Nachfrage heißt es nur, der Vorgang sei „in Bearbeitung“, aber es passiert absolut nichts. Ich habe sogar sofort Klarna kontaktiert und alle Nachweise eingereicht – trotzdem keine Lösung. Sehr enttäuschender Service und extrem langsame Bearbeitung. Ich kann diesen Anbieter nicht empfehlen. ### 2/5 — App Inconsistent *2025-11-21* This app is very difficult to use. I will take a few pictures then it stops working so takes a very long time to finish scans. You have to keep up with the time. The uniform app was easier to navigate and allowed you to upload your pictures easier from your phone by taking your own photos. **Developer response:** Hi, Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with the app. Our team is already working on a solution, and the app should be working as normal again shortly. Thank you for your patience in the meantime! ### 1/5 — Funktioniert nicht *2025-11-07, version 1.111.0* Ich gehöre zu den ersten Kunden von Dr Smile, war bisher sehr zufrieden und hatte seither ein Abo für meine Retainer, sodass ich pro Jahr mehrere nachbestellen konnte. Nun soll ich, obwohl ich ein laufendes Abonnement habe, ein neues abschließen, zum dreifachen Preis. Ohne Begründung, ohne Kommentar. Der Support verweist auf Banner zu klicken, die nicht existieren und schicket mir einen Gutscheincode über 14,95€ Ich bin mehr als unzufrieden. ### 1/5 — Rubbish *2025-11-03, version 1.110.0* The people with no professional knowledge. Just about money. They don’t care if you get good treatment or not. I wish I can give 0star ### 1/5 — A fuir !!!!! *2025-10-13, version 1.108.0* Je déconseille fortement de suivre leur traitement. Ils expliquent mal la procédure et vous vous retrouver avec des dents taillées et minuscules. On vous fait peur au téléphone en vous disant que le médecin s’est loupé. Après ça on vous dit que tout est normal et on vous demande continuer le traitement. Traitement qui ne réussi pas donc vous suivez un retraitement. On ne vous rembourse pas le Scan de retraitement qui est supposé être remboursé. Vous appeler et à chaque fois on vous dit que le dossier de remboursement et en cours de traitement et que vous allez bientôt recevoir l’argent. 5 mois plus tard vous continuer d’appeler et on vous sort toujours le même discours (ça c’est quand vous avez la chance qu’on vous réponde au téléphone, parce que 90% du temps ils ne répondent pas). Vous demandez une facture à transmettre à votre mutuelle. Vous passez 1 an à jouer au ping pong avec eux car ils sont incapable de vous faire une facture conforme et contenant les bonnes infos. Sincèrement, je regrette de leur avoir donner près de 3500€ pour un petit soucis esthétique de rien du tout. Allez chez un vrai dentiste ce sera beaucoup mieux et vous serez sûrs du résultats et du fait que vos dents sont entre les mains d’un vrai professionnel ### 1/5 — Grottenschlechter Service *2025-10-11, version 1.108.0* Extrem schlechter Support, Anfragen die in 1h lösbar sein sollten dauern über 3,5 Wochen (in meinem Fall immer noch nicht geklärt: es sollen einfach nur Retainer bestellt werden), Telefonsupport spricht schlecht deutsch oder nur englisch mit starkem Akzent - leider schwer verständlich. Dr.Smile Praxen waren früher sehr modern, heute sind es irgendwelche Partnerpraxen die eher heruntergekommen sind und sich über Dr.Smile aufregen - sehr unseriös, ich habe mich nicht gut aufgehoben gefühlt, ich muss der Zahnärztin immer erklären was wir heute machen. Der Scanner ging mehrmals nicht - anscheinend ein Software Fehler - also Anreise umsonst, Zeit verschwendet. ### 1/5 — Fake reviews *2025-10-09* . ### 1/5 — Nightmare *2025-10-08* This app is such a regression from the original app that uniform teeth used to have. I’ve taken scans two times already and both the times it’s rejected with a very ambiguous reason saying scan is out of focus. It’s hard to keep asking someone to take scans for me while they are busy working. Why is there no selfie mode to take the scans? The mode to take scans in mirror is absolutely useless in my opinion.
