U have to cancel subscription thru app only. Most important once u cancel watch out because this company still charged my account after i canceled before trial ended. The app didn’t display what i expected it to. It was scammy for me. it took then 5days to return my money that was unauthorized to take. if i could send photo i will. Why would I make the decision to buy more listings when I still don't know how to use your product. Even when I signed up, you immediately asked for more Money to use “other features” in your Ap, that you didn't disclose until after I approved the trial purchase. You cannot ask for more money when I am Not sure how to use it, and you won't let me try without adding more Money. Lo que te enseñan en las imágenes y videos es más falso que billete de tres dólares. Además, te cuesta la anualidad y dentro de la app tienes que pagar por créditos, si haces algo te descuentan créditos, y la compra de los créditos es cara. Me arrepentí de comprarla, pedí mi rembolso a la app y dejaron de responder. Le pedí a Apple mi reembolso y me dijeron que el reembolso no es viable. Caro, malo y sin reembolsos. Un verdadero fiasco. This app clearly has massive issues with spatial layering and anatomy that the support team refuses to acknowledge. The recurring "hallucinations" I’m paying for: • Anatomical Horror: In multiple generations, the AI fails to understand where an ear ends and a head begins. I’ve had videos where the back of the ear literally morphs into a human face. It’s grotesque and renders the video useless for any professional or social use. • Scale & Proportion Failures: The scaling is completely broken. I’m trying to generate an ear-cuff, and the app produces massively disproportionate jewelry that is either the size of the entire ear or so warped it doesn't look like a wearable item. • Clip-through Glitches: Instead of the ear-cuff sitting on the ear, the AI wraps it inside of other textures, like scarves or hair, as if the objects are fused together. • Zero Accountability: Support insists there are "no flaws" while my credit balance drains on these broken images and videos. If the model can't distinguish between a piece of metal and a human face, it shouldn't be a paid service.
