## What is Impressols HR?

Impressols HR helps small and growing companies manage day-to-day HR from the iPhone.

FOR EMPLOYEES
• Sign in with your company code and credentials (provided by your employer)
• Punch in and out when your company enables mobile attendance
• View attendance, apply for leave, and check payslips
• Update your password and view your registered device for HR

FOR HR & ADMIN
• Guided company setup: org basics, tax/OT/leave, employees, and more
• Manage employees, shifts, public holidays, and weekly off days
• Mobile attendance settings, geo fences, and attendance processing
• Leave approvals and HR settings
• CV Analyzer and CV Compass for recruiting (when enabled for your company)

IMPORTANT
• This is a business (B2B) app — your employer creates and manages your account
• Location is used only when you punch in or out, if your company requires it
• Camera is used only to photograph CVs for CV Analyzer, if you use that feature
• Premium modules may be available through your company's web subscription
