Was unable to keep a normal face thenceforth. Storyline is a bit insipid and slow. Game would be improved with added genres of the scene settings. ### 4/5 — 11+ *2019-08-17* It’s a great game and really gets you into it but there are some... ‘Adult Jokes’ in it. Some cussing and so far 1 inappropriate thing, but it gets down to detail ### 4/5 — Exceeded many other games from the same genre *2019-07-19* Imprisoned is a decent game with great storyline and routes, but it lacks the dialogues that I have seen in similar games from the same genre. Some confusing continuity (pretty good for a nonlinear story like this though.) Stats were interesting but I didn't really care about them. More swear words than I would have liked. This game's text desperately needs editing. I would guess that English is not the creator's first language. The count-down to judgement day does not work properly. (Nine days and six hours minus one hour is NOT nine days and seven hours.) There are progress discrepancies, like when a scene states that something is happening "again" when it didn't happen a first time. The game idea is good; it just needs a competent person to polish it up. ### 3/5 — Pretty good, not my fave *2014-02-22* It's a pretty good game, I find it hard not to die in it though lol, named myself a two letter word beginning with f so my character gives me amusement every time he is adressed as "sir f!!! But my I was allowed to create a god character and my escape was quite ridiculous. The story line moves at a snails pace... lost interest after about 30 minutes of creating a character and then being stuck in a dungeon with no apparent way out (other than confess to a crime you didn’t commit) ... don’t waste your time ### 1/5 — Junk *2018-07-12* This app is junk! I have another game like this, Vampire House and it has way more cool choices. There are also grammar errors. It seems really boring and I didn't like what I saw of the storyline. Not sure why most people liked it so much XP. However, within just ten choices the "f" word is used. The rating should be adjusted, or that word should be taken out. This game looked really clever, though. I thought this was a text based game not a click the button and move on. I got so bored playing this game I started clicking different answer and it actually said to play quake instead. So I did. Thanks for the advice you portentous snobs! Seriously, boring and not thought provoking. Try escape from Byron bay. If I could give the game minus stars I would. ### 2/5 — Feels a bit overrated *2020-05-28* It follows a storyline that has a lot of potential but doesn’t really go anywhere. About half the game was spent sitting in the cell deciding whether to eat, sleep, or exercise. A big part of it is being given to the master of torturers who tries to get you to “admit to your crimes”, which I didn’t really get because my character did that in the beginning and after you finally give in and admit nothing happens. In a lot of cases there aren’t any options, just one automatic choice. Was a bit boring. ### 2/5 — Grammar! *2015-10-18* Now...I never went to University and did just 'ok' in English.. But I have to say the grammar in this game is terrible... Sentences just don't make sense half the time.. Spelling could be better too... Given this game is all about the vocabulary I think it's not good at all.. You sure this wasn't in Spanish or something and run through a cheap language converter?... Got fed up with it after a few pages and gave up. ### 2/5 — Meh! *2015-09-18* I give 3 star reviews to good games that I probably won't find any joy in playing a second time. I gave this game a 2 because I didn't enjoy it the first time.
