I have been trying to cancel my subscription since a long time. I have been charged 35 dollars for an app that I have never used. I took the free subscription and tried to cancel it, it didn’t happen until I got charged. There is no option to connect with anyone on the app. Also, no option on the app settings really works. I want my money back as I am a student and have been struggling with finances. A one year subscription to this app is of no use to me.

**Developer response:** Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience. Our products are free for seven days after subscription activation. Charges will only be deducted at the end of the seven-day free trial period. If you don't want to keep your subscription active, you can cancel it to get a refund. However, due to App Store regulations, we are unable to provide you with direct access to our App for a refund, you can request a refund from the Apple Store by going to 'Settings-Apple ID-Subscriptions' and then you can find the cancellation portal on this page. Thank you for your understanding.
