## What is Impulse Bye?

Impulse Bye helps you practice spending intentionally, not impulsively. Instead of getting your dopamine from hitting that “Buy Now” button, get it from adding an item to your list, seeing your total saved go up, and throwing a little (digital) confetti in the air. Track the money you didn't spend on impulse buys and celebrate every dollar you save.

• change the level of celebration to your liking

Browse your list later, after the impulse has passed
