## What is Impulse Freeze?

Impulse Freeze helps you break automatic decisions and replace them with intentional choices.

Every impulse — whether it’s a purchase, an emotional reaction, or a sudden decision — gets frozen before you act on it.

Instead of reacting immediately, you wait. Then you return to it with a clear mind and decide again.

How it works

Create an impulse in one of three categories:

Buy — avoid unnecessary purchases
Decisions — pause before making life choices
Reactions — control emotional responses

Each impulse is frozen with a timer. When the time is up, you revisit it and make your final decision.
