I havent been swimming for the past 3 years as i wasnt happy about having to book a space everytime i wanted to swim , so now ive just been  on the  website and find i cant book a slot that i want , what a waste of time

When is Impulse going to review their telephone answering system? Please ask someone in charge to phone Blackshots contact phone number and see how out dated it is especially concerning rules for Covid.
I was trying to register and book a family swim and got cut off 13 times before someone answered.
Also trying to book a class 8 days in advance, more often I get a notice saying “Error occurred, please contact your Centre” which is a bit frustrating when it starts on a Sunday afternoon and evening when the centre is shut.

They literally had me as a junior member for over 3+ years I’m 19 now and that meant that I am unable to book any gym sessions. Incompetent staff and overall a dreadful app.

For some reason cancelling classes at the Belhus Park site can’t  be done if the class is less than 24 hrs away 
“Error within 1440 mins” 
Other sites allow you to, (correctly) cancel up until 2 hours before class ( states this on the website! ) 
Please fix this soon then I’ll amend my * rating 😄

Always getting error messages so unable to make bookings when it shows availability, just managed to book into a cancellation and now it’s asking me to pay!

Urban rebound is amazing and so is 20/20/20 but I feel they need more evening classes more varied or snap classes in the the gym for motivation

Please make the app show the current availability for each gym slot without having to go into each slot individually to see how many slots are left.

Also please allow people to book on to gym slots last minute and not have them become unavailable 30 minutes prior to their time. I can understand this current design for classes but makes no sense using the gym.

It would be great to have more guidance on booking a slot for friends who are not members

Most initial problems now sorted but My Bookings still not working from main screen...I've selected Southwick club, but My Bookings shows Class Bookings for Lancing. If I access My Bookings from Activity Bookings it works ok. Otherwise really useful app now.
UPDATE…a year later and the My Bookings tile (top right) STILL shows Class Booking timetable for Lancing rather than my actual bookings for Southwick…really?
