## What is Impulse Mirror?

Impulse Mirror helps you use technology consciously. Create a mirror for any app and uncover your habits, triggers, and unconscious loops.

HOW IT WORKS
Set up a mirror for an app using Apple Shortcuts. Whenever you open that app, Impulse Mirror will ask what impulse brought you there. Reflect with a few words or a voice note, then carry on.

NEVER IN YOUR WAY
Skip reflections anytime. Choose from three tracking modes depending on how intensely you want to study your patterns: a full-screen takeover for periods of intensive self-study, silent counting for passive habit tracking, or a gentle notification for in-between.

ALL DATA IS YOURS
There are no accounts. Your reflections stay on your phone. No ads or tracking. Export everything as a file anytime and analyze it however you like.

Impulse Mirror is a free public resource built and maintained by Ananta Pandey and Chris Smothers. Watch yourself for a month and see what you find.
