Impulso turns your daily walk into a game. The pace you need to reach your next division, keep your streak alive, and climb from Bronze to Diamond based on your activity over a rolling 30 days. Your steps sync automatically from Apple Health. There is no subscription. Every comp, division and feature is unlocked for everyone. SKILL BASED COMPS It's simple. Most steps wins. Comps run on recorded effort and verified results. No luck, no wagers. Winners receive fixed giveaways funded by Impulso. THERE IS ALWAYS A COMP ON - One day comps every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They run 6am to midnight and it is winner takes all. Entry opens 8am the day before. - Week long step comps, running Saturday to Friday, shared across the top three. - Team vs Team on the alternating weeks. Team up, combine your steps, and the winning team splits it. You can be in up to three comps at the same time. HOW IT WORKS - Hit your division goal. We set the pace to your next division and lift it as you climb. - Keep your streak. You start with three freezes, and a freeze covers the odd day off so a missed day pauses your streak instead of resetting it. - Climb the divisions. Stay active across 30 days to reach Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Higher divisions unlock bigger giveaway comps. - Win comps. When a comp opens you get a window to enter, then it's most steps wins. TEAM COMPS - Build a team and go head to head with other teams on combined steps. - See every team's standings, and tap a team to see each member's step count. - Invite teammates straight from the app by searching their name. YOUR PROFILE See your full step history in one place. Track your daily average this month against last month, your lifetime steps, your best day and your current streak. Add a profile photo to make your account your own. PRIVACY & FAIRNESS - Step data is read from Apple Health (read-only) and is never shared with third parties. - All scoring and results are computed server side and verified before any payout. - Every comp needs a minimum number of entrants to go ahead.
