Then I always have to cancel out and then try to reload it. ### 1/5 — Good luck using this app *2025-09-22, version 40.1.0* Can’t login. I have a username and password from their buggy website, but this is not a valid way to log into the app for some reason. It instead asks for the clinic name and zip code, which I tried entering a number of different ways, but every time, “no results found”. Other ways to login is by Clinic ID#. Who knows this? There is no way to find this information on the website. ### 1/5 — Patient *2025-09-07, version 40.1.0* As an IT professional now retired, i MUST SAY that this is a website designed and built by people who have NO CLUE!! It asks me for clinic name/clinic id/provider and the zip code!!! I dont know any such info except my doctor’s name and address. It would be preferred if it asked my login name and password, a practice intuitively and professionally used in the whole world! All login names can be made unique by enforcing certain naming protocols just like they do with passwords! As a result i cannot navigate this IMSCARE NIGHTMARE! ### 1/5 — Cannot see actual diagnostic results *2024-10-31, version 37.0.1* There is no option to see the lab results. It’s pointless. ### 1/5 — App not working. *2024-07-16, version 36.0.0* Rabbit MQ Error all over the place. Cannot even create an account due to this. I can’t see what my physician documents. I hate this app ### 1/5 — NON FUNCTIONAL *2026-05-08, version 43.0.0* I’ve been forced off my former app to use this garbage. I’m surprised how high this app is rated in comparison to the amount of reviews that have gone unanswered. I’m in the middle of an IVF cycle and cannot login (cannot reach server) and access my medication calendar. Being on both an AM/PM medication schedule means if that if I’m unable to reach my doctors tonight to know my required dosages, THOUSANDS of dollars will be wasted. There’s no help functionality so you’re stuck without any ability to use and access the patient portal. This issue needs to be fixed per the Cures Act’s Information Blocking Rules as I don’t have access to my PHI when requesting through the portal. ### 1/5 — Can’t update *2026-02-20, version 42.1.1* Trying to update to use app but keeps telling me me it isn’t supported in my region.
