- Financial Analytics — a new budgeting and reporting dashboard: spend
  trends, KPIs, budget vs. actual with over-budget alerts, run-rate
  projections, and tap-to-drill-down on any category, location, or vendor.
  Includes a searchable, exportable audit register and a What-if planner
  for modeling budget changes.

- Back-orders — Ordering now tracks items that are ordered but haven't
  arrived in a dedicated Back Orders tab, so nothing gets re-ordered by
  mistake. Low-stock items already on the way are flagged "on order."

- Expenses by patient — the Expense Summary now groups line items by
  patient and totals them across invoices, with each invoice's date,
  number, and total shown for easy reconciliation.

- Light & dark mode — pick your appearance in Settings. The app opens in
  light mode by default.

- Refreshed look — new gradient module tiles and clearer, easier-to-read
  numbers throughout.
