## What is IMS OnArrival?

IMS OnArrival is a mobile appointment check-in app from Meditab Software Inc. It simplifies your patient check-in process and serves as your clinic’s automated receptionist. With IMS OnArrival, patients can check in, sign forms, make payments, and add and verify the information and insurance details. The app even includes MIA, a virtual assistant, who interacts with patients to make the process intuitive and inviting. 

The easy-to-use app provides the flexibility and features to streamline your entire process:
-New patients input their own information and image, creating a new patient file in your EHR
-Existing patients log in using their name and date of birth, a personal barcode, or the credentials from your patient portal
-Walk-ins can register and request a visit
-The app supports both English and Spanish language options
-And all the demographic information, payments, insurance details, and more integrate directly with your EHR
