There is no way to register on the app or the website. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-01-23, version 40.1.0* Im trying to sign in but it says “some error occurred. Try back later” but it never works. ### 1/5 — IMS Patient App *2025-07-22, version 40.1.0* This app is horrible. Every time I try to log on it doesn’t allow me to very irritating. Definitely need to improve this app. ### 1/5 — Useless app *2025-03-06, version 38.1.0* This app is useless. You can only view your billing balance but not your statement. They don’t want to show how they come up with the balance. You can’t find any contact information. When you send a message there’s no reply. You can’t check in at the office when you go for an appointment. Why must I always have to sign in with my password? I’m going to suggest to my doctor to use a different medical app. Developer is it possible to borrow technology from other app Developers to keep this app signed in. This is the only app that signs me out after using it. Yes I click the box “keep me signed in” and it still signs me out. What about Face ID? Will this app ever get that feature like other apps have? ### 1/5 — NOT USEABLE AT ALL🤬 *2023-09-06, version 32.1.0* I downloaded this today, read the reviews wasn’t quite sure that would be accurate well let me tell you it’s totally junk it does not even work very 1st try. Why do doctors that make millions refer you to an app that does not work that just pisses me off!!! ### 1/5 — Worthless *2023-08-24* I can’t even get past the log-in. Better off picking up the phone and calling my doctor. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work and crashes when selecting a tile *2023-03-03, version 30.1.0* I am modifying my review after poking around a bit more. Apparently the app is only crashing when selecting the appointments tile. Otherwise the other tiles seem to work ok. Just installed the app on my iPhone today which is running the most current iOS. I can log into the app but the moment I go to select a tile for appointment as an example, the app crashes. ZERO STARS until they fix this. Also selecting app support takes you their website and seems to be focused on provider support and sign ups vs app user support. Pointless. And the provider I am at makes you use this pointless app. ### 1/5 — App doesn't even open up *2023-01-24, version 30.1.0* Even after having the most recent iOS version on an iPhone 13 Pro the app seems to bomb. First it is super slow. Then it doesn't open... The orange screen freezes before even I could see the login screen. After multiple restarts got it to start and then login was a challenge. It kept saying some error happened.
