This is the only app that signs me out after using it. Yes I click the box “keep me signed in” and it still signs me out. What about Face ID? I went to log in for the second time and haven’t been able to for two days. Says an error occurred. I tried forgot username and forgot password but a message pops up that says canceled. 🤷🏽‍♀️ ### 1/5 — Not Secure! *2020-06-18, version 21.1.3* Like many others have experienced, the password reset feature doesn’t work for me. It says that it’s sending an email, but never does. When I told my provider that I can’t log in or reset my password, she emailed me my login credentials, including the username and password I’d initially set. That means they’re storing unencrypted passwords, which should never happen. This is a huge issue, particularly for medical-related app. (This also happened to my wife.) If you need to use this app, do not use a password that is the same or similar to other passwords you use. Also, the app itself is really poorly done. ### 1/5 — What’s the point when it doesn’t work? *2020-05-01, version 21.1.2* I can’t login anymore, even though my login info was saved to my phone, and when I try requesting a new password it says it will email me, but it doesn’t. Before this happened, I had issues with a provider repeatedly sending me messages/test results that I did not receive on my end ### 1/5 — Horrible App that will not work *2020-02-11, version 21.0.1* I registered with the app and everything went smoothly. Then when I tried to log in it told me my password or user name was incorrect. Well I alway register with my standard password (that you’re required to put in twice to make sure it matches) and the same user name. I later change my password to something more unique. This site wouldn’t let me in so I clicked on “Forgot Username “. I was told I would be getting an email but I never did. Yes I check my spam folder many times. I once again requested the username and I was told the request was being processed. It’s been 5 days. I do everything online or via an app on my phone. This has been the worse app I’ve ever used so I deleted it. ### 1/5 — Does not work *2018-10-30* Tried numerous times entering my GP Practice code. Does not recognise it. They don’t want to show how they come up with the balance. You can’t find any contact information. When you send a message there’s no reply. You can’t check in at the office when you go for an appointment. Will this app ever get that feature like other apps have? ### 1/5 — NOT USEABLE AT ALL🤬 *2023-09-06, version 32.1.0* I downloaded this today, read the reviews wasn’t quite sure that would be accurate well let me tell you it’s totally junk it does not even work very 1st try. Why do doctors that make millions refer you to an app that does not work that just pisses me off!!! ### 1/5 — Worthless *2023-08-24* I can’t even get past the log-in. Better off picking up the phone and calling my doctor. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work and crashes when selecting a tile *2023-03-03, version 30.1.0* I am modifying my review after poking around a bit more. Apparently the app is only crashing when selecting the appointments tile. Otherwise the other tiles seem to work ok. Just installed the app on my iPhone today which is running the most current iOS. I can log into the app but the moment I go to select a tile for appointment as an example, the app crashes. ZERO STARS until they fix this. Also selecting app support takes you their website and seems to be focused on provider support and sign ups vs app user support. Pointless. And the provider I am at makes you use this pointless app. ### 1/5 — App doesn't even open up *2023-01-24, version 30.1.0* Even after having the most recent iOS version on an iPhone 13 Pro the app seems to bomb. First it is super slow. Then it doesn't open... The orange screen freezes before even I could see the login screen. After multiple restarts got it to start and then login was a challenge. It kept saying some error happened. The prescriptions seem to get stuck in pending status after first request and can never be requested in the app again without forwarding a note to the doctor, which defeats the ease in refill requests the app was suppose to offer.
