## What is IMSTT?

Voice messages, in words.

imstt turns audio you import or share into readable text, then helps you translate and keep the messages that matter. Built for iPhone, with no account required.

BRING YOUR MESSAGES
Import audio from Files, share supported audio or text through the iOS share sheet, or paste text to translate. Sharing options depend on the source app; if a voice message cannot be shared directly, save it to Files and import it.

READ AND REFINE
Choose the spoken language and transcribe with iOS speech recognition. Play back the recording, seek through the audio, edit the transcript, then copy or share the result. Keep up to three spoken languages ready for quick switching.

TRANSLATE ON YOUR DEVICE
Translate transcripts and pasted text with downloadable language models. An internet connection is needed to download models before first use. Once the required models are installed, translation runs on your device.

KEEP EVERYTHING ORGANIZED
Search your saved transcripts and translations, star important messages, filter audio messages, and return to your history. Delete messages you no longer need.

YOU CHOOSE HOW SPEECH IS PROCESSED
On-device speech is enabled by default and requires a supported local recognizer for the selected language. You can optionally enable system online speech in Settings; this may send audio to Apple. Audio and history are stored in the app's private storage and may be included in device backups.

A FRESH DESIGN
A rebuilt interface makes importing, reading, translating, and finding messages easier. Choose an English, Simplified Chinese, or Traditional Chinese interface. Try the clearly labelled sample audio to explore the workflow.

Audio imports are limited to 50 MB and transcription to ten minutes per recording. Audio decoding and speech-language availability depend on iOS and your device. Recognition and translation may contain errors; check important details against the original message.
